Water is the important chemical component for our body. Sixty percent of our body weight is water only. All the system of our body is totally depend on the water. So it is right that daily you must drink at least 8 to 10 cups of water.

The person who daily exercises he should take more water in comparison with other. From the normal person he loses more water through sweating. Almost  500 to 600 millimeters extra water he should take and it also depends that for how many hours you do exercise because once who do exercise for an hour and another is more than hour then obliviously second one will lose more water and according to that its intake of water should also me more.

According to the medical institute man take more water in comparison to women. Men take almost 3 liters of water in a day and women take almost 2.4 liters water in a day. How much water is too much is also depends on the weather. You can also feel that in the hot and humid weather you require more water in comparison with winter weather. It is so because in hot weather your skin loses moisture due to your rapid breathing that's why your body needs more water.
